HOW TO USE

For inhalation, children aged 3 months to 2 years should have one drop placed onto a tissue and the vapours gently inhaled while keeping the tissue close to the nose. Adults and children aged 2 years and above should place two to three drops onto a tissue and inhale the vapours, or add the drops to hot water for inhalation. For external use, adults and children aged 12 years and above may gently massage the oil onto the affected area up to three times daily.
